That’s at the upper end of the range of open face helmets available in australia, but considering the materials, quality and appearance (as well as the lightness) of the v30 carbon i would say it is easily worth it. I agree that the rpha 90 does run small, but, i believe that this fact is reflected in their size chart for this particular helmet (as opposed to a generic hjc size chart).
