It’s apparently a 21mm size, but the cap is soft so a 22mm deforms it. I want to torque my wheels with 1/2 drive, but need socket size to buy. I would rather have the proper socket size so i can torque them. There is not much room. 21mm on the other hand is sloppy.

When i put the oems back on come summer, i find it difficult to find a socket that fits properly especially as they become more recessed into the wheel as i tighten. 21mm on the other hand is sloppy. It's tight and grabs it well. However, i get a perfect fit with 13/16 deep socket from craftsman. There is not much room.

They’re Too Expensive And Almost Unnecessary.
