Yeah, it's kind of a pita. If you can get a 5/32 diamond file for your dremel, will last a mighty long time than a regular stone. Using a 7/32 file on stihl 3/8 chain is ok though and you would struggle to notice the difference in cutting. I like to have more of an arc on my teeth.
